I. What Personal Information We Collect

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

This section sets out the categories and details of personal information that we collect across our Services. We strive to collect only the personal information that we need. If you decline to provide us with personal information when we ask you, you may not be able to access and use all or some of our Services.

1. Account Registration and Login Information

When you register an account with our Services, we need to collect your IP address, username, email address and a password to complete the account registration. We will generate a unique customer code that we use to recognize you when you first sign in. We maintains your username, email address and password (in an encrypted format) inside our secure environment and only uses your information to welcome you back upon your return and personalize your experience on our Services.

When you log in via a third-party account (e.g., Google, Apple), we only receive basic profile information (your username and email address) that you explicitly consent to share with us through the third-party platform. We do not access or store your third-party account credentials.

2. Profile Information

When you set up your personal profile, you can choose account type to individual or company, and accordingly complete certain information which will include company name, industry and job title. We collect this information to offer you user management feature which allows you to control a user’s permissions by assigning roles. Additionally, for tax exemption qualification, we will need you to provide us with your sales tax certificate information.

3. Delivery Information

To ensure correct delivery of goods, we will need to collect your mobile phone number, consignee name, contact information, postal code, delivery address and billing address.

4. Live Chat Information

When you communicate with your account manager via live chat dialog or place an order, we will collect the content you provide, including text messages, images, audio/video files, Gerber files, and 3D model files.

5. Payment & Order Information

If you make any purchases from the Services, we will need to process your payment and order information. The exact personal information collected includes your username/account ID and selected payment option. All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS to prevent unauthorized access and your payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors, ensuring industry-standard security for card transactions. For your protection, we never store full credit card numbers or CVV codes. For order processing, we will collect your order information, including your order status, order ID, ordered products and total value.

6. Promotions, Competitions, Surveys and Event Information

When you take part in any of our promotions, competitions, surveys, questionnaires or feedback programs to help improve our Services and to give us insights, or you engage with us through social media, you may provide information to us, or we may receive information about you, such as your name, contact details (including address, phone or email), and other digital communications (including any links in them that you access and whether you have opened the communications), your feedback and contributions to customer surveys and questionnaires, and any information specific to the event. We, and/or authorized third parties will automatically collect certain technical data when you interact with our Services to conduct research, analysis and development activities (including data analysis, product and Services development and/or improvement), so as to optimize Services functionality and security, and to analyze usage patterns and diagnose technical issues, even if you do not have an account. (1) Device and browser information: We will, based on your specific operation during your visit and/or use, receive and record the relevant information of the device and browser you use, including device identifiers (such as device ID, MAC address, Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OPENUDID, GUID, IMSI, Google Advertising ID, and Google Services Framework ID), operating system version, browser type and version, installed plugins, IP address, device brand and model, system settings and parameters, network status, WiFi information, and approximate device location data. This information is collected to ensure proper functionality, security, and Services optimization.

(2) Usage Information: when you use the Services, we will automatically collect information about your interactions, including login dates/times, features used, search queries, and click paths. This data enables us analyze and improve your experience while ensuring Services functionality.

(3) Analytics information: including visit frequency, content contributions, App performance metrics, error reports, and usage patterns, to maintain and optimize Services functionality. This information may be shared with contracted third parties under strict confidentiality agreements, in full compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Contact Customer Services

You can contact us and give feedback by email, phone, and our social media (such as our Facebook, X, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin) or contacting customer service online. And when you are contacting us, you may provide your name, email address, company name, subject and your request detail so that we can give you a reply quickly and accurately.

In addition, you can ask your questions or find the answers you want in the Q&A section. It is important to note that the question you submit publicly may contain personal information even sensitive personal information about you and/or others, such as when you submit a question with an image that contains personal information. If you ask a question that involves the personal information of another person, you must obtain that person's consent before posting.

We may improve the Services based on your feedback, and publish it online or offline to facilitate our Services. We will obtain your consent before publishing.

Meanwhile, we will conduct customer surveys from time to time. We hope that you will offer suggestions for the Services. We may collect such information including your name, username, email, and answers to questions.

9. No Special Categories of Information

We do not request or intend to collect any "special categories of information" , such as any information on health, race, religion, political opinions or philosophical beliefs, sexual preferences or orientation. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU

1. Information that you give to us

Account information	If you register an account, we require your username, email address and a password. If you log in via a third-party account, we will receive your username and email address of that account. You also have the option to provide other information about yourself, such as your account type, company name, industry and your job title.
Delivery Information	To ensure accurate delivery, we will need your consignee name, delivery address, billing address contact phone number and postal code.
Payment Information	For order processing and secure transactions, we will need your username/account ID, selected payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal), and order information during the ordering process (order ID & status, products, total purchase value）
Content you provide	We collect the content you provide to the Services. This includes your submission of text messages, images, audio/video files, Gerber files, and 3D model files when communicating with us and/or placing an order.

Third party services

We collect information through third party services, such as Google Ads and Google Analytics, for the purposes of serving targeted advertisements and analytics.

Links and social media

Our Services may also, from time to time, contain links to and from social media platforms. If you choose to connect with us through a social media platform, we may, through the social media platform connection, collect additional information from you, such as your usernames, profile picture. Similarly, the social media platforms may collect information about your interaction with our Services. We do not have any control of the collection, use and sharing of your information when using any social media platforms. You should read any associated privacy policies before using them.

We may combine the information we collect about you from the various sources described above.

II. Cookies and Similar Technologies

In order to provide you with timely service, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies. For example, EasyEDA, and LCSC are affiliated companies. If you register at EBEEPCB, we will share the information about you with EasyEDA and LCSC. We will only share your information within our affiliated companies for legitimate and explicit purposes, and only share the information necessary to provide the Services, and are bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If a purpose concerned is not included in this Policy, we will state it in the corresponding notice of the specific services.

We may share the necessary personal information with authorized third-party partners (including technical service providers, data storage service providers, after-sales service providers, marketing promotion service providers, third-party SDK service providers, etc.) for the performance of certain features or to provide you with better service and a better user experience.

In order to provide evaluation, analysis or other lawful business services, we may also share your aggregated, de-identified or other anonymous data records with third parties. For example, we may use aggregated data to help partners (e.g., advertising service providers) understand the effectiveness, feedback and usage trends of their services.

Currently, we will store your personal information on a server located in Frankfurt, Germany.

For the purposes described in this Policy, and to the extent permitted by applicable local laws and regulations and with your authorized consent, we may transfer your personal information to the resources or servers for storage or processing, we may also transfer your personal information to third-party service providers and business partners and your data may therefore also be transmitted to other countries or regions. XII. Retention

You may terminate your account at any time by yourself via: EBEEPCB website - My Account - Account Settings - Advanced Setting - Account Deletion, or you can send an email to sales@ebee.com to get more instructions. When you submit account deletion, we take reasonable efforts to respond to your request. Once we have verified your user identity, we will delete your personal information from our systems timely. We will also delete personal information that relates to the in-app messaging function. Please note that messages sent to other users of our service are stored on their devices and cannot be deleted by us.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will keep your personal information only as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to fulfil our legal obligations. We will destroy or anonymize your personal information and data when we have reasonably determined that：

(1) The purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such personal information;

(2) Retention is no longer necessary for any legal or business purposes; and

(3) No other legitimate interests warrant further retention of such personal information.
