Party A as Entrustor(Buyer of the Sales Contracts)
Party B as Entrustee(Actual payer)
Whereas,
1. Party A as the Buyer and EBEEPCB as the Seller are about to sign or have already signed the sales contract(s);
2. Due to the business need of Party A and other objective reasons, Party A intends to entrust Party B to, for and on behalf of Party A, make a full or part of the payment to EBEEPCB under the above sales contract(s).
Through friendly negotiation, both parties agree upon the following terms with respect to the payment.
1. Party A and Party B unanimously agree that Party A as the Buyer shall purchase products from EBEEPCB and entrust Party B as the payer to make the corresponding payment to EBEEPCB.
2. Party B shall act only as the entrusted payer and not be entitled to the rights under the sales contract(s). That is, Party B has no right to request EBEEPCB to perform the delivery or refundment obligations by virtue of the payment it has made for and on behalf.
3. Both Parties accept this Agreement by clicking the "I Agree" or "I accept" button, or by other means of consent, which then becomes a legally binding and enforceable Agreement between Party A and Party B.
